Fully Qualified Staff England Boxing Level 1 Safeguarding. Our Children Matter!
One of the reasons there is Youth Violence, is due to young people not knowing how to channel there Trauma and Aggression.
In Boxing it's about releasing and controlling aggression in a disciplined controller manner.
Putting aggression into an art form rather than harming others on the street! 🥊❤
