πππ RESPECT ACROSS OUR GAME πππ
Respect isn't limited to one programme, one role or one part of our sport. It is the foundation of every experience across Netball Northern Ireland.
From our youngest players taking their first steps in netball, to athletes within our performance pathway, from schools and clubs to officials, volunteers, parents and spectators, we all have a role to play in creating positive environments.
π Respect is relevant in every setting.
π The principles remain the same wherever netball is played.
π Every participant deserves to feel safe, valued and supported.
Together, we can continue to build a culture where everyone belongs and everyone thrives.

πππ BUILDING POSITIVE CULTURE πππ
Confidence doesn't happen by chance. It grows in environments where people feel encouraged, supported and valued.
Every word of encouragement, every opportunity to learn and every positive interaction helps build confidence both on and off the court. ππ
π Confidence builders look like:
π Recognising effort, not just results
π Encouraging belief in ourselves and others
π Creating opportunities to learn, grow and thrive
The culture we create today shapes the players, coaches, officials, volunteers and communities of tomorrow.
Let's continue building environments where everyone feels confident to participate, develop and enjoy our game. π
