Classes are quiet during the summer holidays. At Aldbourne tonight Max ended up on his own , so he smashed his PT so we celebrated with an ice cream, great work Max .

Unfortunately no sparring this weekend as the coaches and team will be busy at the Haydon Wick summer extravaganza . They are raising money for the ISKA world championships.
We will also be holding our own funday in October but we need your help with raffle and tombola prizes . Please bring any donations to the gym . We appreciate your support.
