I am so proud of my Fuller Fitness Team right now

The non scale victories are also celebrated and so they should

All my clients have lives, had stressful days, s**tty moods, holidays, birthdays, work, family, social plans and days when motivation is nowhere to be found.

And yet… they keep going.

Because life doesn’t stop happening just because you decide you want to get fitter, stronger or healthier.
(wouldn’t that be a bloody delight)

Andddd thats where coaching makes such a difference and riding the waves of life

Structure when they don’t know what to do.
Accountability when it would be easier to let things slide.
Routine when motivation disappears.
Someone in their corner when they wobble.

They’re learning how to make this work around their LIFE instead of waiting for life to become quiet…..news flash, it won’t.

And look what happens when you crack on throughout life’s chaos

The scales change.
Strength increases.
Fitness improves.
Clothes fit differently.
Confidence grows.

But more importantly…

THEY ARE REAPING ALL THE POSITIVES.

And THAT is what makes me so proud.

Because I know what you DON’T see in these photos.

The conversations.
The check-ins.
The days they didn’t feel like doing it.
The times they got off track and got back on.
The choices nobody else saw.
The commitment they made to themselves.

These results weren’t handed to them. They earned every single one.

And honestly, looking through these wins makes me emotional because I know how much more there is behind every photo than what you can see.

NICE WORK, TEAM. 🥹🤍

If you’re looking at these thinking…

“I wish I felt like that.”
“I wish I had that confidence.”
“I wish I could finally stick to something.”

Imagine scrolling back through this post a year from now and you achieving some of those wins.

Imagine how proud and happy you’d feel.

Feeling strong.
Feeling confident.
Feeling like you’ve finally kept the promise you made to yourself.

That feeling is on the other side of a decision.

You can keep watching other people change…

or you can decide it’s finally YOUR turn. 🤍

DM me “I’M READY” and let’s make your wins the next ones we as a team can celebrate.

IMAGINE LOSING 30KG…

…and then being strong enough to put 35KG above your head.

This is my incredible client and boss babe, Jodie❤️‍🔥

Today, I got her to deadlift a 30kg barbell.

Why?

Because that is exactly how much weight she has lost……30 FU***NG KILOS.

30kg that she used to carry around on her body every single day. It’s crazy to think that and I’m so glad she gets to see it for herself!

And then if that wasn’t just awesome enough came her strength PB this morning in PT

35KG PUSH PRESS

Think about that.

The weight she once carried around on her body…

she can now lift above her head.

That is fu***ng incredible.

Jody has a high-powered, demanding job

She travels to London.

She travels to Germany.

Her weeks aren’t always predictable.

Lots of socials etc

So the achievements haven’t happened by accident.

Jodie has a plan in place

Two PT sessions every week with me at my private training facility YouCanFitness
Attends my Sunday strength class
Two swims a week ( as that’s what she also loves)
Weekly check-ins.
Working through her nutrition AND making sure although she’s on her fatloss journey she is fuelling herself correctly
It’s so easy just to grab and go when life is just hectic.

And with coaching there are truth bombs, those conversations that you don’t always want 😂 but the reality is it’s the kind that come from a place of support, encouragement and knowing exactly what she’s capable of.

Because this journey was never just about losing weight.

It was about building strength.

Building fitness.

Building confidence.

And creating a lifestyle she actually enjoys and wanting sustainable results

Even her love for swimming has improved
“ I’ve been really enjoying my swimming because I feel so much stronger , it’s just more fun now”

And the best part?

And she’s walking into 49 the strongest she’s ever, ever been.

Not just lighter.

Not just fitter.

STRONGER.

I want my clients, especially Women to be empowered, proud and confident.

Jodie, I am fu***ng proud of you, woman.

I genuinely enjoy you walking through my doors to train

You’re Smashing it 👏💪❤️

If you’re reading this thinking, “I want that to be me…”

Maybe it’s time to stop waiting for the perfect time and start finding out what you’re actually capable of.

DM me “CAPABLE” and let’s talk

Come spend the day with me 🥰☕️💪🥗🍫🐶

Cuddles, supplements, training, food prep, washing, work, steps, good food, chill with my babe, the gangster ❤️

I made the biggest mistake a few months back and I will never repeat it again

I coach for a living, I’m constantly telling people why movement needs to be part of their week.

Then life got messy for a few months

Andddddd my exercise routine went out the bloody window.

I felt overwhelmed, my head was full and exercise became the easiest thing to drop.

I told myself I needed the rest.

How fu***ng wrong was I?

My joints hurt more.
My back and hips were sore.
My mood dropped.
My sleep went to s**t.
And I felt MORE exhausted from doing less.

The sofa felt like the safest place to be.

But looking back…

I wasn’t really resting. I was hiding….

And the less I did, the less I wanted to do.

Then came:

“I’ll pick it back up in a couple of months when I move .”

Classic thought when you think life will be quieter….. 🤥 something else will always replace it

Because life doesn’t suddenly become less busy.

Another stressful week comes.

Another commitment.

Another reason.

Until you blink…

and months have gone.

My 8 week reset that I did this year taught me something I’ll never forget

When life feels overwhelming, don’t abandon the things that help you, even if at times it’s the last thing you want to fu***ng do is work out

keep moving.

Because exercise wasn’t a negative thing I needed to cope with.

It was one of the things that HELPED me cope in the end

It lifted my mood.
It gave me energy.
It got me out of my head.
It gave me the social interaction

It gave me more capacity for everything else life was throwing at me.

And slowly…

it made me feel like ME again.

So if life gets chaotic again?

I’ll adapt. But I won’t disappear. F**K THAT

And if you’re telling yourself you’ll start again “in a couple of months”…

Please don’t make the mistake I made.
Nothing ever positive comes from you stopping what your mind and body needs.
Even when you think your current life won’t benefit from it…..it absolutely will

Every training session I commited to made me feel better about how I dealt with my previous situation.
You forget how much positive energy exercise gives you.
Don’t ever dismiss it.
When life gets hard
Don’t abandon yourself. ❤️

YOU WERE PROUD OF YOURSELF… UNTIL YOU OPENED INSTAGRAM.

You’re buzzing your week went better than it did the week before
You’ve lost weight.
Your measurements have changed.
You’ve trained consistently.
You’ve hit your steps.
You’ve made better choices.
You’ve done things this week that a few months ago you couldn’t have managed.

So many ways to keep that feel good factor!

Then you open Instagram…..and all your happy thoughts go out the fu***ng window…

you’ve gone from:

“I’m actually really proud of myself.”

to:

“Why don’t I look like her?”

“Why hasn’t my weight dropped as much?”

“She’s further ahead than me.”

“Maybe I’m not doing enough.”

And just like that…

You’ve pi**ed all over your own parade.

I see it all the time as a coach.

Someone can make HUGE changes, but because they’ve seen somebody else’s highlight reel, suddenly their own progress doesn’t feel like enough.

Please don’t do that to yourself.

I’ve worn a few of them t-shirts and the fit is s**t 😂

Look at people and be inspired.

Look at someone and think, “I’d love to achieve that.”

Use it as something to aspire to.

HOWEVER never, ever take someone else’s progress and use it as evidence that yours isn’t good enough.

Because while you’re busy looking at where they are…

You’re completely forgetting to look at where you started.

And THAT’S the bit I want you to see.

Your progress doesn’t become smaller because someone else’s is bigger.

Your starting points are completely different
Your life’s are completely differently
You are two very different people, even on the same path

So next time you finish your check-in feeling proud…

Stay there.

Sit with it.

Let yourself actually feel fu***ng proud.

You’ve earned that feeling. ❤️

I remember sitting there with my food, knowing exactly what I was doing, why I was doing it and how badly I wanted to change…

And then came the comments. ohhhhn the comments 🔫

“Go on, have a slice.”

“Don’t you think you’ve taken it too far?”

“You need to eat.”

“Live a little.”

“One piece of cake isn’t going to hurt.”

And honestly…

They were fu***ng lucky I didn’t end up eating them. 😂

Because there were plenty of times I WAS hungry.

I wasn’t some superhuman who never fancied the cake.

I just had a goal.

And I was trying really fu***ng hard to stick to it.

That’s the bit people don’t see.

Fat loss is already hard enough without constantly having someone waving temptation in your face, questioning your choices or making you feel like you need to justify why you’re saying no.

The planning.
The discipline.
The days you’re hungry.
The days you’re tired.
The days you’d really rather just say “f**k it”.

And then someone says…

“Go on, just have a bit.”

Sometimes you don’t need someone to convince you to eat it.

You need someone to understand that you’re trying really fu***ng hard not to.

Because when someone is working towards something that matters to them, the most supportive thing you can do isn’t make the decision harder.

It’s simply…

“I know how hard you’re working. I’m proud of you.” ❤️

Stay strong…..I’m glad I did and no lives were taking in my want to keep them quiet and no prison sentence was served 😂

Hands up who’s found or finding it challenging by those comments like I had?

Photos from Fuller Fitness's post 18/08/2026

Facebook memories just reminded me that 8 years ago today, I left my 14-year corporate job.

Here is my first advertisement of me going full time as a coach, my gifts from the old work colleagues and the status that I remember writing and feeling a whole bunch of feels

And f**k me…

I was NOT someone who took risks.

I played SAFE. Life had ways to seriously f**k me over at times but my full time job was the only stable thing in my life

I liked security ( I needed it)
A regular wage ( as s**t as it was)

Sober Kim choosing between safe and terrifying?

Safe. Every. Fu***ng. Time. 😂

Unless there was vodka flowing through my veins…

Then apparently I had the biggest balls known to mankind and thought I was Donkey Kong. 😂

But sober Kim needed security.

After a few proper life WTF moments years before, I’d become very good at protecting myself from anything uncertain.

So leaving a nearly 13 year old job to become fully self-employed?

WAY outside my comfort zone.

I’d already been coaching for 2 years, but this was different.

This was my career.

No guaranteed wage each month
No paid holiday.
No sick pay.

Just me figuring it the f**k out, although I still hate all of them being so unpredictable.

And honestly?

I had NO idea what was coming.

The last 8 years have been one hell of a journey.

Massive highs.
Proper lows.
Mistakes.
Setbacks.
Imposter syndrome.
Financial stress.
Huge decisions.

And a LOT of:

“What the f**k am I doing?”

Nearly 5 years ago, I opened my own private training facility YouCanFitness

Again…

No perfectly executed business plan.

Just me thinking:

“Right… let’s give this a go.” 😂

And now?

10 years a coach.
8 years self-employed.
Nearly 5 years with my own facility.

The thing that once terrified me has become my normal.

And I think that’s what gets me.

You don’t suddenly become fearless.

Sometimes you just have to be brave enough to do something while you’re still fu***ng scared.

8 years ago, I took the biggest risk of my life.

And honestly?

Seeing this memory pop up makes me reflect on the person I have become and comfort zones never get you feeling proud of yourself…..

Today I’m feeling proud

❤️

THE KIDS SAW IT AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP MUM OUT… OR DID THEY? 😂

Katie is coming into my gym for her weekly PT with the little ones during the summer holidays…

And when they saw her about to start pushing the prowler, they saw their opportunity. 😂

But honestly, THIS is what I love.

Because summer holidays can completely throw your usual routine out the window.

Kids at home.
Plans changing.
More demands on your time.
Less time that feels like it’s actually yours.

And Katie is still making an effort to find a way to look after herself too.

What I love even more is that when we spoke about her coming on board as a client, it was just before the summer holidays started.

We knew it was going to be challenging.

She knew it was going to be challenging.

But she didn’t use that as a reason to wait until September.

She decided she wanted to start now…

And then we’d figure out how to make it work around the life she actually has.

And sometimes that means the kids become part of the workout. 😂

And without even realising it, those little ones are getting to see something pretty bloody important.

They’re seeing Mum make time for herself.

They’re seeing Mum get stronger.

They’re seeing that looking after yourself doesn’t stop just because life gets busy.

They’re seeing it.

And that’s the bit I want more women to see.

You don’t need perfect circumstances.

You don’t need a completely free schedule.

You don’t need to wait for the kids to go back to school, work to calm down or life to become less chaotic.

You just need to find a way that works for the circumstances you’re actually in.

And Katie?

She’s doing exactly that. ❤️

Big up Mum.

And big up the little ones for making sure she definitely didn’t get an easy session. 😂💪🏼
