Running won’t get you lean and here’s why👇🏼
1. It burns calories not specifically fat
2. It doesn’t build the muscle needed for that ‘lean look’
3. Too much running without strength training can leave you tired, fatigued with a higher risk of injury
If this has made you realise you need to start strength training as well as running then drop me a follow as my page will come in very useful for you ✅

Meal plan ❌
Calorie and Macro goal ✅
I don’t give clients meal plans. Yes, I give them calorie and macro goals but it’s then their choice what they’re going to eat.
Yes, I’ll help them make better choices but that’s where I change their habits long term.
I don’t want to change their habits for a short period. Yes, I’m sure they would achieve their goal if I gave them a meal plan BUT once they’ve hit their goal those old habits start creeping back.
It’s SOOO much better to slowly change your long term habits than to suddenly change your habits as there’s a VERY high chance you’re not going to stick with it after.

Mango Ice cream 🍨
Ingredients👇🏼
450g cottage cheese
450g ripe mango
4tbsp honey
Not a fan of this one at all.
You can still smell the cottage cheese after it’s been blended.
You can even taste it and still feel a few lumps from it if the blender hasn’t quite got all of it.

Protein to calorie ratios
There’s so many products that are labelled as ‘high protein’ nowadays but a lot of them that are just trying to trick you into buying them.
I’ve seen some products with 5g of protein in labelled as high protein but then they have 400 calories in……
So if you’re after a high protein food make sure you check the calorie to protein ration before you decide to get it. If it’s a 10g of protein to 100 calories or better then get it!
What other foods can you think of that are labelled as high protein but are realistically crap?
