Holding space in class recently to honour the passing of the unforgettable, vibrant and tenacious spirit that was the great Dolly Parton has been my absolute privilege.

By connecting to a collective loss, we are reminded that we are not alone in our individual ones. By taking the time to feel big emotions within the safe comforting container of class, is deeply therapeutic for us all.

Not one of my classes passes without me realising how grateful I am to be able to do this work.

And how grateful I am to you, for sharing it with me. 🤗

In the words of Dolly herself 'I hope that life treats you kind' and 'I wish you love'.

So to Dolly and to all those whom we can no longer see, may you rest in peace as we continue to love you, always.

Celebrating Heidi's birthday, results day and college enrollment last week.

We are so proud of Heidi's tenacity and her results reflected her commitment.

Sending love to all celebrating their results and sending more love to anyone who was disappointed or is facing uncertainty/challenge.

Your results NEVER define you, it's a broken system.

We're back from our road and rail trip around Scotland.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

London, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, Lochcarron, Isle of Skye, Inverness, Aviemore, Perth, Dunfermline, Edinburgh and back to London.

Phew what fun!

Loads of memories, 500 plus photos, copious meal deals, numerous museums, galleries, adventure walks, Scottish breakfasts and most importantly precious time together.

I am very much looking forward to seeing some of you this evening and getting back into our class rhythm.

There's comfort to be found in recognising rhythm, ritual and inevitable change. It doesn't have to be major to be meaningful.

My sister and I Laura Helen have so much to be proud of. Bringing up four independently minded, grounded, spirited young women is both my privilege and my pleasure.

Despite many a challenge, Laura and I have always found a way to let the love we have for each other win.

For I live a life

And my strength shows

In this way I de-escalate situations
That could easily be

Diminishing
