Life is 🤌 right now 🫡

So grateful. So happy. And I made a promise to Nat that I’d always be there more.

I’m turning 36 this Sunday, and one thing I’ve learned is this…

The more you fail, the easier it becomes to recognise what winning really looks like.

I found Nat at 31. At 35, I married the woman I love, and we welcomed our beautiful little boy, Noah, into the world.

If I’d had to wait until I was 41 to meet my wife and have our son, I would have waited. They’re worth every setback, every lesson, and every difficult day that came before them.

So if you’re going through a tough time right now, don’t give up. Keep going. Keep learning. Keep getting back up.

Speaking from experience, there really is light at the end of the darkest tunnel.

The darker the clouds, the brighter the sunshine feels when it finally breaks through. ❤️

Hard work will always beat talent … I don’t have much talent … but my god I know how to work hard.

Happy Father’s Day… and now I am one 😊

Today felt different, celebrating me. It was a bit weird really. Our baby boy has only been in the world for 5 weeks and Nat asked me, “What do you want to do today?”

Honestly, I said nothing. Just be with you and our boy.

Yesterday I took my dad golfing, and I’m so grateful that I still get to spend time with him. So many good friends don’t have that opportunity anymore, which is why I always make sure to message them and let them know I’m thinking of them.

It’s Father’s Day and I’m incredibly grateful that we were blessed with a baby boy. Even getting to this point wasn’t easy, and while we’re cherishing every moment, every day, every cry and every smile, my God it’s hard 😅

My wife is going through every emotion possible. The lack of sleep, the recovery, the rollercoaster of becoming a mum. It makes me think, what on earth would us men do without a strong woman beside us?

I admire Nat every single day.

I always say to her, “Nope, this isn’t my day, it’s our day.”

So this year I’m celebrating Father’s Day with my wife and our little boy.

To all the dads out there, enjoy your day. For me, it’s been an emotional one. I feel incredibly lucky, incredibly grateful, and so proud to be the dad of a wonderful little boy.

Happy Fathers Day ❤️

My client NIs .natlus

Since starting, the results have been fantastic. My blood tests previously showed high cholesterol and an HbA1c score of 42, putting me right on the threshold of the pre-diabetic range. Since then, I’ve lost weight from 90.7kg to 83.3kg, improved my fitness, and my latest tests show I’m no longer in the pre-diabetic range.

I feel healthier, have more energy, and have developed much better habits around food and exercise. Balancing shifts, family life and training can still be challenging, but having a plan and staying consistent has made a huge difference. The progress so far has motivated me to keep pushing forward.

We completely structured his food, his exercises, and now we even got a smile out of him 🤝

Did I say … my Job… I change people’s lives for the better 🫡

Today I had a random thought…
In business, everyone’s got a plan.
Targets, structure, direction — always chasing that next step up the ladder.
But what about your health?

We say “health is wealth” — but most people don’t actually live like that.
When was the last time you said no to something that didn’t serve you?
After work drinks, poor food choices, skipping training because you’re “busy”.
You hear people talk about success and it’s always:“I sacrificed everything for a year”“I gave up my time to get ahead”

But no one really talks about protecting their health in the process.

For me, training was never just physical. It’s what kept my head right as well.

So the question is —Do you actually have a plan for your health…Or are you just hoping it holds together while you chase everything else?

Thanks BG

My cleint Barry 🙂

What is it that I have tried to achieve at various times of my life, have dabbled in from time to time, but have never really stuck at it and enjoyed it?

It has simply been keeping fit, but in a structured way that is also enjoyable to me.

Whilst I am well passed retirement, it is brutally apparent to me that simply relaxing after working for many years, it's not going to be as simple as it appears.

To enjoy activities like cycling, exploring foreign countries, and simply working on our allotment are all so much more fun if my body is fit for purpose.
So six years ago, I started taking lessons from a physical trainer. But then along came COVID, which stopped my travelling to a gym. Also, I found that I did not fully enjoy a busy gym.

Now, and four years later, I have found my perfect person and place. Bradley has taken me under his wing and has put me onto a journey into exercise and bodily fitness. Each week, Brad sets me onto an hours exercise that is developing my body in a positive way. A way toward the long-term maintenance of my bodies structure that allows me to work outside and to enjoy travel and exploring different locations without effort.

I have found that Brad maintains his interest in my welfare each week and also keeps me challenged by varying exercises, as well as guiding me on my diet and general wellbeing.
Thank you, Brad.

My client Charlotte

Trained online and also at my gym The Health Hub Swindon

I started on my weight loss journey back in May, managed to get to a size everyone told me “I’d be happy if I was your size now” or “what are you on about you look slim”. But the truth was I still hated the way I looked. Still hid behind people in photos, felt sick and dizzy from the minimal calories I was allowing myself, had no level of fitness.

It was a rather lonely place to be and in my mind I was trying to chase a skinny culture.

This is when a good friend recommended Brad back in October. I was so scared to start with, scared to even discuss what I wanted. So I started with a 12 week online program. Easier to hide behind a phone. 🙈

During those 12 weeks I got to know Brad, we discussed all sorts not just about fitness. Allowing him to make changes to my food and exercise programs to suit my lifestyle so nothing was too hard or too much. What he gave me worked for me with working full time and two kids.

After the 12 weeks, I changed to coming in to the gym for 121 PT sessions. I wish I did this from the start, Brad has pushed me to lift weights and do exercises I never thought I would do. He has gotten to the root cause of me not wanting to be skinny but of wanting to be strong 💪.

My strength now has meant my pain in my joints has lessoned, I no longer rely on painkillers, my posture exists, my mental health keeps improving, I can run, I can lift and I’m no longer hiding in pictures.

And for all those people who have chased being skinny, I now weigh more then when I started, I fuel my body with what’s right but I am smaller now.

This has only been 5months (with Christmas in between) I can’t wait to see the changes for summer. 👙.

I can’t thank Brad enough, and for anyone else who feels like this or has ever please try and give it ago. It’s amazing what it can do for you.
