Swindon, come and join our adult's hula hoop dance class and learn something new that will make your friends go 'wow'! Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Coleview Community Centre
Hula hoop dance is an immensely fun and joyful way to move your body and express yourself to music - especially if you’d never been able to waist-hoop as a child, hula hoop dance class is for YOU - total beginners very welcome! You don’t need any coordination, stamina or flexibility, just a curiosity to try something new and to have fun :D
You'll learn how to on-body hoop and off-body hoop tricks too so its not just for your core. There are easier and more difficult versions of almost every move and we learn moves slowly and practice at our own pace, no pressure to 'keep up' with anyone else. All hoops provided!
Class is every Wednesday, 6:30pm-7:30pm, at Coleview Community Centre, Swindon, SN3 4AS.
We don’t break for school holidays, class is every week.
£42 for a six-class bundle (£7 a class) or £9 drop-in.

Hooop day! :D I did say something about combining the levels last week but we are still on at the same time as usual today so it's beginners at 6pm and intermediate at 7pm! It wasn't an unpopular idea, but I'm still umming and ahhing about it so I'll leave it for now and see how it goes :) Apologies for the last minute confirmation!
