OUTSIDE THE WALLS

It’s been a while because there’s been loads to celebrate!
We love watching our members absolutely win at life because of what happens because of Evolve.

Friendships, connections, physical challenges, winning awards! The lot, we are so proud of our members and here is a little snapshot.

2) Rhian Jayne John & husband Dai representing whilst out and about
3) a massive congratulations to Carly Evans & Hollie Wilding on their engagement
4) Cath GT Fox & meeting up for a gig. We love seeing friendship grow from inside the gym
5) on Fridays we wear leopard print. Zara, Marcus Williams, Ascena-Mae Evans , Courtney Williams & Christine with their families for the memo on holidays !
6) Samantha Jayne her grandson & Georgia Bryan ✨ winning at life, hiking travelling and smashing kids club
7) Sophie Soul making us so proud winning not 1, but 2 awards at The Iconic Network awards!
8) & his son flying through their hikes. Both products of Evolve programming with our kids club
9) Kieran Hickman taking Darren | Evolve Training Club on a date to the Cardiff Devils for all the headaches he has given him during sessions!

We are so grateful and so proud to watch these spill out from the gym. Community is a buzzword. Overused. Now a marketing ploy. But what does it look like?

CHLOE

The physical results speak for themselves. Chloe has lost fat, gained muscle, and is now the strongest she’s ever felt.

But ask Chloe what Evolve has actually changed, and none of those things come first.

It’s her mental health. Her confidence. Her social life. Her circle. In her words, I’ve found my people.

She’s made friends here she genuinely believes she’ll have for life. Evolve has become her home, her escape, and somewhere she actually wants to be.

And for us, that means more than any before and after photo ever could.

Because getting stronger is brilliant. But finding somewhere you belong? Finding people you love being around? Feeling better outside the gym because of what happens inside it?

That’s Evolve.

Days like this forever please?

Actually, that’s something we are lucky to experience everyday. Smiles, laughs, fun, friendship and a sense of belonging.

Rewatching this and then posting has but the biggest smile on our faces!

There’s gyms, and then there’s Evolve

A lot of gyms will focus on training, so do we. But everything else is just as important to us. The laughing. The dancing.
The questionable shapes being thrown on the dance floor.
The friendships that probably wouldn’t exist without this place.

Saturdays Summer Social was just bloody class!
We’ve always said we wanted Evolve to be more than somewhere you come, train for an hour and go home.
We wanted people to know each other. To feel comfortable being themselves. To actually enjoy being part of something.

Watching this back, I think we’re doing alright!

Training bought everyone together!
And you guys made Evolve!
