Arnie has been a Ware-House personal trainer for years and we’ve seen the hard graft that has lead up to this moment. We couldn’t think of anyone who is more deserving of this than him, not only because he is a formidable athlete, but is also a personality that radiates positivity and makes everyone feel part of the family here at Ware-House ❤️‍🔥

Run Club is BACK this Sunday 🏃🏻‍♀️🥞

We’re bringing Run Club back to raise money for WellChild as our boys prepare for Berlin Marathon 🇩🇪

We will be setting off from the gym with the option for a 5K and a 10K route to return back to the Fuel-House Station 86 for Pancakes 🤤

All proceeds from the pancakes will go to the charity so even if you don’t fancy the run come down anyway for a treat and a coffee catch up 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
