We are a rowing club based in the picturesque village of Mumbles, located in Swansea, South Wales. Mumbles rowing club is found atthe outer edge of Swansea bay.
the club was founded in 1888 but has only been rowing with the Welsh Sea Rowing Association for three years. It now has a mix of competitive and recreational rowers and several coaches. Novices and new recruits are most welcome as are experienced rowers from both river and sea rowing background. We also have a facebook group called 'Row for It', here we organise our training, races and social events.

A great days racing on Sunday at the Llangwm league race. Mumbles entered crews in the ladies and mixed races, a joint mens crew with Barry Yacht Club Sea Rowing and Sophie also rowed with Barry Yacht Club Sea Rowing in their novice crew. No trophies but some really close races in very hot conditions. Thanks to Llangwm Rowing Club for organising the day.

MUMBLES League Race Sunday 10th May is CANCELLED
We have watched the weather forecast all week and at this time, NE winds are still predicted to be 25mph on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we do not feel that this will be safe enough for rowing.
This has been a very difficult call but in the interests of safety, cancellation is the best option. Apologies for any disappointment but safety is paramount.
We will arrange refunds to those who have already paid online.
