Shock news here at Swansea Footgolf the King has been dethroned for a day!
Well done to Curtis Vanlint in winning the Griff trophy by one shot from Ryan Purcell with fellow international John Grancourt in third place overall.
A special mention to newcomers Chris Thomas and Sean Howarth who finished first and second in the open category for non FGAW members.
Well done to all for supporting this memorial tournament and a special thanks to the Griffiths family for the prize fund contribution.

Today's the day and the sun is shining for the Richard Griffiths VII Trophy.
We can add players if you want to turn up on the day but get there before 10.30 this morning so we can find you a group to play with.
This summer has devastated the grass but it's showing signs of recovery due to some rain and warmth. Curtis Vanlint and Ryan Purcell have done a great job of getting it looking decent for today.
£10 cash entry as we're paying the prizes with cash!!
The event starts at 11am
3 new holes in play and 18 new tee areas.
Two categories for prizes FootGolf Association of Wales and an open category.
