We’re looking for a passionate and creative Café & Events Manager to join the team at Flashpoint Swansea!
You’ll take ownership of our Café while helping bring our community to life through socials, events and competitions – with plenty of opportunity to develop new ideas and make the role your own.

We have some spaces open on our Foundation and Development Squads!
We are looking for young climbers that are passionate about climbing and driven to improve. You must be able to commit to two, two hour sessions a week.
Foundation Squad
- Monday 5pm - 7pm
- Wednesday 5pm - 7pm
Development Squad
- Monday 7pm - 9pm
- Wednesday 7pm - 9pm

With the return of Blokfest after several years, the second Bristol Climbing Championship, a return to silliness in Swansea, a brand-new competition format in Cardiff, and of course a big ol' BOFF! to round off the bouldering season in March, it's going to be a good one.
