Fantastic and wonderful opportunity providing First Aid training to the Southampton Maritime Volunteers service MVS .

This dedicated team of volunteers run two vessels and assist the Southampton Harbour Master with patrolling the River Itchen from Woodmill from Empress Dock and also on Southampton Water up to Eling and Redbridge.

A pleasure providing one day L3 first aid training incorporating boat handling skills and first aid in the marine environment at a wonderful venue.

Another successful L3 Outdoor First Aid course delivered at St Denys Boat Club on the River Itchen joined with New Forest Kayak Canoe Club.
2 Days looking at the new First aid guidelines,Incident management and first aid water scenarios.
Congratulations to all ten participants to include sailors, power-boaters, climbers and Sea kayakers.

The 2 day L3 Outdoor First Aid course is ideal for leaders in the Outdoors to include Kayak, Canoe Coaches, Climbing Instructors, teachers and DofE leaders.

Another day another cleaning session for team Manikin .. My first aid ⛑️ training equipment is getting well used providing FAW , Outdoor First Aid and Life-threatening bleed courses.

I like to offer quality first aid training enabling candidates to get hands on and use real examples of first aid kit and equipment. The down side is maintaining and cleaning it each time.

The Life threatening bleed 🩸 courses are rolling out well for teachers in Portsmouth.
Getting to grips with trauma dressings, haemostatic dressings and tourniquets.
