When anxiety meets at the crossroads… 🥴
Oh my days!
If you know my journey, you’ll know that one of the hardest parts of my life has been learning to manage anxiety.
I’ve learnt not to fear it, but to feel it, observe it and accept it.
And just when I thought I had a good understanding of my body and mind… said hello! 😂
I can feel irritated.
Tired.
Sad.
Emotional.
Alone.
Annoyed.
It comes in waves. 🌊
But then comes the shift…
The shift starts from within.
I’m learning to listen to what my body needs — whether that’s quiet, rest, movement or simply space to breathe.
And yoga has played such a huge part in that journey. 🧘♀️
It’s taught me to pause, breathe, reconnect with my body and create space between what I feel and how I respond.
I’m going to have good days and not-so-good days.
And that’s okay. 🧡
I don’t have to fight my body.
I’m learning to listen to it.
🌊🧘♀️
We might not talk about these things and you think its your problem to solve.

Has the summer holidays thrown you out of balance? 🧡 Out of routine?
Maybe your mornings have looked different, your habits have slipped, and finding time for you has been harder than usual.
And THATS OK. 🙂
The summer may have brought late nights, different schedules, holidays and a little less structure.
And THATS OK. 🙂
As September approaches, it’s that perfect time to gently reset.
Don't look at it, to be adding another thing to your list.
Its about knowing how you feel when your body moves.
A little breathing.
A little time for you.
Come back to your routine. 🧡 book a space on a mat in my community - send a DM
📸 ⬇️ Literally testing my balance here… stepping onto a tree stump and finding my focus! 🌿 no-one was watching 👀 just the squirrels 🐿
Powerful, mindful and breathtaking — all in one. 🧡
I chose to attend a wellbeing beach event, and there were a few reasons why I said yes.
✨ The event host — someone whose values felt very similar to my own. The Chavvy Hippy
✨ The circle of like-minded people.
✨ And, of course, getting into that sea! 🌊 Optional, of course… but I felt ALIVE.
A cheeky sauna too 🔥 Sui Cura
We were welcomed with open smiles and good vibes.
Breathing in the fresh air.
Moving our bodies.
Connecting with our breath.
Being present in the moment.
A spontaneous decision can be the best one. 🧡
Sometimes wellbeing isn't about having everything planned.
Sometimes it's simply about saying YES to something that feels good for your soul.
So I ask you…
Would you do something spontaneous for your wellbeing?
Say YES to your own wellbeing? 🧡✨ show up!

This weeks reflection 🧡
We might make time to relax, but pausing is something different.
A coffee, getting your hair done, watching TV with your feet up, or having a bath can all feel relaxing. But often our minds are still busy — thinking, planning, scrolling, worrying about what needs doing next or where you need to be.
Pausing is giving yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a moment.
No fixing. No planning. No rushing. No needing to be productive.
Just be.
That’s where yoga, meditation and simply taking a few conscious breaths can offer something different. 🧡
I've done alot of breath work these last two weeks & the feeling echos the outcome of doing just that.
Ps. Im loving my matcha too ☕️ support that 😅

Relieving back tension can start with something as gentle as Cat/Cow 🧡
This simple movement gently mobilises the spine, helping to ease stiffness and create a little more space through the back.
Rounding of your shoulders, curve felt to the spine. Chin to chest... Your aim is Improving your spinal flexibility.
I’m also adding a hip opener, helping you notice more ease as you sit, walk and stand.
✨ When to do it:
🧡 Morning — to gently wake up stiff muscles
🧡 Before exercise — to warm and mobilise the spine
🧡 After sitting — to reset your posture and movement
Sometimes your body just needs a few gentle moments to move. 🧡
If your wanting to move with more ease - book your space by direct message? ⚠️ always Beginner friendly classes
