🏆🏆 Into the next round 🏆🏆

The Cambridge made it through to the next round of The Echo Cup after a 3-2 win away to Jetpatcher at Silky Ski Slope.

The game shouldn’t have been as close as it was with the lads missing numerous chances in the game to well and truly put it to bed, but we take the win and look forward to the draw for the next round!!

This morning we finally got to wear our new home kits thanks to the guys at Tony Clarke Funeral Directors.

Marek Clarke from Tony Clarke Funeral Directors was down at Thompson Park this morning to see the new kits first hand and got a few photos with the lads.

Thank you so much for sponsoring our new home kit this season. The lads absolutely love the kits and looked very smart if I do say so myself

🚨🚨MATCH RESULT 🚨🚨

Another 3 points on the board for The Cambridge this morning as we ran out 5-1 winners to Houghton Comrades over 40’s at Thompson Park.

The lads took a while to get going this morning but once it clicked it and got the opening goal there was no looking back.

Some great goals scored today with Davey Snowdon scoring a great free kick and Craig Chapman hitting double figures for the season, both grabbing a brace. The ball finally hit the back of the net for Davo too to complete the scoring for The Cambridge and moving the lads up to 2nd place in the league in the process!!
