Great to be back at our high intensity evening session tonight where both groups showed good intent and application throughout the session 👏🏼⚽️

Hi everyone, as the holidays start to come to an end and things get back to normality we continue our sessions at Goals in Sunderland so drop us a message if you want to join our group of regulars.

Our third and final technical workshop of the summer. Great work by all players displaying an attitude to learn and quality on the ball.

It has been an enjoyable experience as a coach, coaching players that want to be better and push themselves!

We resume our evening sessions next week, with spaces at both sessions:
Tuesday football skills session- 18:00-19:00
Thursdays high intensity training- 17:30-18:30

Both at goals.
