A massive shoutout to Anne. At 82 years old, she started strength training for the first time just 13 weeks ago, with the goal of getting stronger, particularly through her lower body following a hip fracture 3 years ago.

Initially, Anne could only squat to limited depth with her bodyweight, struggled to find the right position for deadlifting and wasn’t able to jump.

Fast forward 13 weeks and Anne can now jump, squat 20kg with the SSB to a good depth and deadlift 25kg from the floor.
Most importantly, Anne has now been able to put her walking stick away and can get through everyday activities with more ease and for longer.

Anne is a brilliant example of why we do what we do at BT Fitness Coaching. It’s not just about getting stronger in the gym. It’s about helping people become stronger, more capable and more confident in their everyday lives.

Anne is a perfect example of what strength training can do at any age.

Amazing work, Anne!

Haidee came to the BT Fitness Coaching team wanting to get stronger. We initially focused on the Hip Thrust and Bench Press before quickly progressing into Back Squats and Deadlifts.

The hard work has shown in her retesting, with a 20% increase in her Hip Thrust 5RM and a 61.5% increase in her Pull Ups.

The next couple of months will focus on developing her upper body strength while continuing to include the main compound lifts.

Amazing progress from Haidee. A great example of what consistency and hard work can achieve.

Rowan has been working hard to get himself physically prepared for the football season ahead.

Rowan has improved on all of his physical metrics that we initially tested in the gym. He has experienced a clear increase in his athletic performance on the football pitch.

Cracking stuff Rowan! Continue the hard work 💪🏼

Client Progress | Bobby Bailey 💪

Bobby Bailey came to us with the goal of improving his physique, becoming fitter and stronger, and building better lifestyle habits.

Together, we set out to reduce body fat, improve his confidence and help him feel happier within himself. The results speak for themselves:

• **7.3kg weight loss**
• **6cm off the waist**
• **5cm off the hips**
• Stronger across every aspect of training
• Consistently tracking nutrition
• Building confidence training independently in the gym
• Even tracking his weekend alcohol intake through the BT Fitness app!

Working with Lleyton twice a week, alongside his own independent training, Bobby has shown that you can work hard, stay consistent and still enjoy your weekends with a few cheeky beers! 🍺

The photos tell the story themselves.

Everyone down at the Fort is incredibly proud of how far you’ve come, Bobby. Your hard work, consistency and attitude have made a huge difference.

Excited to see what we achieve with the next set of goals.

**Well done, mate! 👏🍺**

Thank you…Firstly I just wanted to personally say a huge thank you to every member of our incredible community who showed their support both on the build up and on the event itself. From messages, voice notes, signs, cheers, bald caps, drive buys, aid station crews and the mass turnout at the Mill. Without you all this would not of been possible. Up the FRC!

A thank you to the team that were crazy enough to be convinced to sign up to the race its self, there were times during those 15 hours where the one usable limb was still needing a helping hand and without you I wouldn’t of negotiated those obstacles.

A thank you to the physios who without your help the past 7 weeks I would not have an Achilles left, by some miracle it stayed intact.

A huge thank you goes to my team mate for life, Zoe, who has supported me through another crazy challenge that has meant 4am get ups for early morning runs, 10pm runs after coaching, Sundays spent recovering from hours on feet. On the day she then spent her Saturday flying from aid station to aid station coping with my very specific set of needs to get through the race. Without you this would not of been possible.

I am a firm believer that doing hard things can change your life. It teaches us discipline, grit, determination, and shows us how far we can push ourselves. Do you really know your limit if you have never been there?

I will continue to push myself outside of my comfort zone and encourage others to do the same.

Do.Hard.Things.

Finn has been putting in the work over the past 12 weeks, and the results are a reflection of what can be achieved with consistency and dedication.

Every session has been completed with great effort and intent. Our focus has been on developing strength and power in the gym to support his physical performance as a goalkeeper, helping him become a stronger, more explosive and resilient athlete.

A brilliant 12 weeks, Finn. Keep working hard and building on the progress 📈
