Last week we introduced some more people to Bailong Ball (aka, Taiji Ball, Beilong Ball, Rouli and many other names) which is another example of how Tai Chi fits into more than just a Monday night class. We’re now off for a summer break, returning 14th September. However, we hope to integrate a bit more Tai Chi ball and applied Tai Chi when we start up again. Please do get in touch if you want to find out more. Have a great Summer, see you in a few weeks. (P.S. Sorry about the AI image, we were having fun and I forgot to take a picture)
