this quote stuck with me. I know it was originally said in the context of leadership, but it feels relevant beyond that - particularly for me recently + in situations I’ve watched people close to me navigate.

clarity in all senses. in our perspective, our direction - maybe not having it all planned out, but knowing who we are. clarity in recognising what feels right + what doesn’t, what fits + what no longer does. our bodies often feel uncertainty, dishonesty + confusion before our minds can make sense of it, and there’s something so grounding about finally understanding what we’re feeling + why. even when the truth is difficult, clarity can feel far kinder than remaining in the unknown.

and perhaps most importantly, clarity in our relationships with people. knowing that what is said to us is honest + that the same truth exists in conversations about us when we’re not in the room. having the integrity to speak directly + truthfully, even when it’s uncomfortable, and the accountability to look at our own part too. there is a real kindness in knowing where we stand with people - and allowing them the same certainty and with us.

clarity isn’t always comfortable. sometimes it changes how we see things. but there is kindness in truth, consistency + integrity, even when accepting that truth is hard.

leaving this here in case it resonates with someone else too.

clear is kind. unclear is unkind.

yesterday’s summer special at Salthrop House
(I was very much caught up in the whole experience so this is just a montage of the few bits of footage that I managed to take)

this one felt particularly special to me - with some dearest loved ones in the studio, alongside familiar faces who have joined me time + time again, and some beautiful new ones too.

with the gardens in full bloom, it felt pretty magical to hold space in such a beautiful setting. there’s something about experiencing sound against this backdrop connected to nature that always feels incredibly powerful + moving.

thank you to everyone who joined me, brought such lovely energy + stayed afterwards to connect over homemade refreshments and enjoy the gardens. it was such a joy to share this very special place with you.

We’re back at one of our much-loved favourite venues. (repost - after it got taken down, music rights fixed!)

Join me at the beautiful Salthrop House, Wiltshire, on Saturday 15th August for a special morning of deep rest, sound healing and slow summer living.

Two sessions available:
• 10:00 - 11:30am
• 12:00 - 1:30pm

Your session includes:
• A gentle oracle card reading
• A deeply restorative 60-minute soundbath
• Tea / refreshing botanical drink and homemade treats
• Time to wander Sophie Conran’s beautiful vegetable and flower gardens afterwards

Held in the most tranquil yoga studio, nestled within the gardens, this is one of those rare spaces where nature becomes part of the experience. With a gentle summer breeze through the open doors, birdsong, the hum of insects and the peaceful sounds of the surrounding gardens, it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Limited places available.

Book via this link → find 15th August on the calendar and click the time of the session you’d like to reserve your place for : https://www.ellistore-wellbeing.com/calendar

to whoever needs to hear this today… this week… or in the chapter they are in right now

I came across these words from helen marie | therapist PGDip MPH BSc (Hons) MBACP and they resonated with me . so I thought I’d quietly pass them on

sometimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is simply create space to pause . that might be an hour away at a soundbath, a quiet walk, or just taking a deep breath

giving yourself permission to take what you need isn’t selfish and doesn’t need to be comparative
