A year ago this week I got this wee guy because I knew my beautiful Heath wouldn’t recover from a horrible accident in the field and I knew if I didn’t have another horse to look after I might just decide I was done with horses.
He hadn’t set foot inside a dressage arena until February this year so I was incredibly proud of him on Saturday producing a very respectable test to finish 6th in his class at the Scottish Championships at Rockrose. He’s a very special wee horse (in more ways than one 🤣) and I feel very lucky to have found him

Great morning at West Kype with this wee guy. First attempt at a prelim - the canter is still a work in progress but I can’t fault his attitude 😍 it’s all so new to him but he just tries so hard for me. And then topped off with a lovely rosette from the winter points league 😁

Took this wee guy to his second dressage outing today and couldn’t be happier with him 😊 much more relaxed than last time and tried so hard for me.

Great weekend at Netherton for the regionals. So proud of this gorgeous boy. So lucky to be allowed to compete him, huge thanks to his lovely owner 😁

It was a coloured cob outing to Morris on Saturday 😊 having so much fun riding these lovely horses!

Beautiful day to be out teaching 😎 This lovely boy is an ex racehorse and he is learning that he doesn’t have to do everything at 100mph!
