A HUGE congratulations to our superstar Arla! 💫

After an amazing 1st place on Sunday, Arla gained her final grade point which means she has officially moved up to STARTERS in Freestyle! 🏆✨

We are SO proud of how hard she has worked for this. Her determination, progress and hard work have absolutely paid off and this grade up is so well deserved! 🥹💛

A brand new chapter starts now and we cannot wait to see what she achieves next!

🌟 DOUBLE STARTER FOR DELILAH! 🌟

A HUGE congratulations to our little superstar Delilah, who has officially GRADED UP TO DOUBLE STARTER! 🏆💫

At just 6 years old, Delilah danced her socks off this weekend, bringing home an incredible 1st AND 2nd place and earning her grade up! 🥇🥈

We are SO proud of this little pocket rocket! 🚀 Her confidence, determination and hard work just keep growing, and we absolutely love watching her shine on that floor. 🩷

When the evenings get darker, please keep taking them to their clubs. 🤍

We know it’s harder at this time of year.

They’ve been at school all day. They’re tired. It’s cold outside. It’s already dark by the time you need to leave the house… and when they say “I don’t want to go tonight”, staying home can feel like the easier option.

But sometimes, the nights they don’t feel like going are the nights they need it most.

Because their club isn’t just dance, football, gymnastics, swimming or whatever activity they love.

It’s an hour away from their bedroom and their screens.

It’s seeing their friends.

It’s laughing, talking and feeling part of something.

It’s moving their body and releasing endorphins.

It’s building confidence, resilience and social skills without them even realising it.

It’s routine and connection during the darker months when it can become so easy for all of us to retreat indoors and isolate ourselves.

And more often than not, the child who didn’t want to go is the one who comes back through the door happier than when they left 🥰

Of course children need rest. They need quiet evenings and time to switch off too.

But as autumn and winter arrive, don’t underestimate the importance of keeping the things in their week that get them moving, connecting, laughing and belonging.

Sometimes getting them through the door is the hardest part.

The smile when they come back out reminds you why you did. 🤍

What a beautiful, uplifting week it’s been at the studio 💖

Each day we came together in colour — ❤️ Monday RED, 🧡 Tuesday ORANGE, 💛 Wednesday YELLOW, 💚 Thursday GREEN, 💙 Friday BLUE, 💜 Saturday PINK & PURPLE — celebrating not just dance, but each other.

This week was all about our dancers’ mental and physical wellbeing 💫 From calming yoga sessions, to a powerful confidence workshop, to “filling each other’s cups” with kind and positive words… the love and support in the room was truly something special 🥹

We also got creative with a fun paint team bonding challenge 🎨 (and made a bit of a mess along the way!) - but most importantly, we laughed, connected, and grew stronger together.

So proud of every single dancer for embracing the week with open hearts. This is what our dance family is all about 💕
