Major news - I am pleased to announce that my purpose built Personal and group training gym in the beautiful Stratford upon Avon countryside is finally complete and fully operational. We already are up to ten classes a week including specific golf and ski classes as well as boxing and three different types of Martial Arts. As well as the brand new gym we have a cafe,bar, restaurant and golf club!

Sometimes it’s life gets in the way but you don’t have to give up on your session it can be adapted.
If you really struggle getting to the gym we offered Online PT sessions.
Please be aware you are safer to join us in the gym and we encourage you to come in.
