Postpartum rehab is far too often overlooked, even by coaches.
Returning to training isnāt just about avoiding doing too much too soon. Itās also about making sure youāre doing enough, progressing your training and rebuilding the strength your body needs.
Because long-lasting results and pelvic health start with a foundation strong enough to handle the heavy lifts and all the cool s**t we want to do in the gym. šļøāāļø

Being allowed to bring your baby does not make a class postpartum rehab. š There, I said it.
Postpartum rehab should actually be rehabilitative.
It should consider where your body is right now. Your core. Your pelvic floor. Your birth. Your symptoms. Your current capacity. And it should progressively rebuild strength and prepare your body for the things you actually want to get back to.
Not just give you a circuit to complete while your baby lies on a mat next to you.
Because mums deserve more than somewhere theyāre allowed to bring their baby.
They deserve knowledgeable coaching, progressive programming and a class designed specifically for the postpartum body.
If youāre a postpartum mama, comment BLUEPRINT and Iāll send you my free Postpartum Athlete Blueprint to help you understand what your return to training should actually look like. ā¤ļø
