SLOW Swimmers (Strabane, Lifford Open Water Swimmers) is a Social group of advanced swimmers. Swimming in the sea is amazing all year around.

It feels great and it is keeping us healthy. We swim in Gartan Lough, Trusk Lough, Moor lough & the Sea.
