Exciting news. We are bringing a new class to our timetable 🤩

This 1 has been a long time coming but with moving premises and what not we have had to wait a small bit longer 😬 But we are ready.

Mat pilates is coming to Dylan Arnold fitness. This class will be run on a 4 week block basis and will be starting in September.

This type of training will be ideal to add to your timetable if you are already doing any strength and conditioning work such as Hyrox, team sports or any type of circuits.

Have a read through the slides to see what this class will do for you and who we will be targeting.

What a pleasant surprise this was today to be made aware that we have been nominated for Health and Well-being business of the year.

It's nice to know that the hard work we put in doesn't go unnoticed and we take pride in what we do every time we step on the gym floor. So even to be nominated is a success for us. 🤩

Health and Well-being is not only about fitness but also about having a healthy mind that will help you through your day to day life and in the current way of the world it's important that the fitness industry keeps providing these services for people.

Good luck to everyone who has been nominated as you are all doing great work locally and the town of Strabane is a better place for having these businesses at our doorstep.
