A good evening at judo.
Firstly, we had the children receiving their new belts from the recent grading so well done to all those involved.
Secondly, we had Rob visiting us from USA who runs his own BJJ club in California. It was great to share our knowledge and learn from his expertise too.
No adults judo today as a lot of people are away on holiday
