Cod,Poor Cod, Goldsinny Wrasse, Ballan wrasse, and whiting for Norman Campbell

Great to see a few juvenile tope adding to variety yesterday out on the SYSAC for Lewis, Ken and Mopp. A flukey decent sized ballan wrasse of 42cm and a nice plump cod for Gordon Duncan.

7.5 cm Common Goby new club record for Arran Goetz. Just a reminder that common and sand gobies are under common Goby due to difficulties in IDArran had both Common Goby and Sand Goby

well done to Angus Mopp Macdonald on winning his 3rd competition in a row with Kevin Ingham close behind with both anglers getting the Quota of 5 spurdogs but Kevin caught his quota of 10 Pollack , with Haddock and Whiting missing this year it was time to target other species with 3 tope caught on the day thats 6 aboard boat this season where normally we would be lucky to catch one every couple of years. species caught on the day were Mackerel, Coalfish, Pollack, Ling, Cod, Poor Cod, Red Gurnard, L*D, Spurdogs, Ballan and Cuckoo Wrasse, and Tope 12 in total.
Well done to Gillies Mackenzie on equalling club record Wrasse at 42 cm
Longest fish of day was a Tope by Lewis goetz
Team Event was very close with 4 fishing port and 3 starboard the score was decided by total points divided by number of anglers so team Starboard had 303 points = 101 and port had 401 points =100.25 so winners were Angus macdonald Gordon Duncan and Iain Monty
