New routine next week so a perfect time to come and join in with the fun! Remember it's so important to lift weights, so many benefits. You lift the weight you want to (unless I know you need a wee nudge to lift a bit heavier 🤪) but you choose your options during class and there is never any pressure to 'keep up'

I also seem to have aquired a beautiful water bottle - if its yours please let me know and I can drop it off or arrange collection 🙌
