Mackie RFC U16s are proud to congratulate Sam, Duncan, Evan and Logan on their completion of the Caledonia Player Development Hub (PDH) programme. Their inclusion recognises the hard work, commitment and ability they have shown throughout the season, and we look forward to following their continued development both at club and representative level should they be chosen.

▪️ Sam is a powerful and athletic forward who combines impressive size with excellent mobility around the field. A versatile back five forward, Sam's physical presence, ball-carrying ability and work rate make him a key member of the squad. His selection to the Caledonia PDH programme reflects both his current performance and his potential to develop into a dominant forward at higher levels of the game.

▪️ Duncan is a physically imposing forward whose leadership, communication and rugby intelligence set him apart. His ability to organise teammates, make good decisions under pressure and contribute across the field has earned recognition through the Caledonia PDH pathway. Duncan's combination of size, game understanding and playmaking ability makes him an influential player within the squad.

▪️ Evan is an exciting outside back with a rare blend of strength, speed and skill. Dangerous with ball in hand and capable of creating opportunities from anywhere on the field, Evan consistently brings an attacking edge to the team. Selection to the Caledonia PDH programme is recognition of his athletic ability and potential to develop into a high-level rugby player.

▪️ Logan is a talented game manager whose passing, kicking and decision-making help drive the team's attack. Comfortable in key playmaking roles, Logan possesses the vision and composure needed to create opportunities for teammates and control matches. His inclusion in the Caledonia PDH programme reflects his strong rugby intelligence and potential for future development.
