Today is National Hydration Day! With this warm weather we are currently having hydration is key to keep us healthy!
It’s important to keep drinking regularly through the day.
It’s recommended to have 6-8 glasses of fluids a day.
If you don’t like plain water why not try some sparkling water or some no added sugar juice.

Whatever your preference is we hope you’re keeping hydrated!
