A fun day out to the British Dressage National Champs to watch some of the PSG & Inter 2. Some lovely horses! Then back for a great but soggy afternoon/ evening of lessons.

I had a very relaxing day for once! Bob had a pamper session that may or may not have resulted in him having significantly less hair ✂️😈
Ruby had a good after school session on Fifi developing her feel of the dreaded “inside leg to outside hand”. Super short video because at 6 seconds the heavens opened 🌧️ so being totally NOT waterproof I ran back to the yard to shelter leaving Fifi and Ruby to get soaked 🤣

This is how my morning started… that definitely was NOT where I left Vinnie last night. We had 4 functioning legs for all of a few days and now we are back down to 2 😏 now we both officially need a padded cell 😫😭 I do think Little Joe might require some serious therapy 🙈🤣 I suppose his only saving grace was he didn’t eat my flowers 🌷🤣

Another full day starting with Saddle Club. Today we practiced handling around our obstacle course finishing with a race 🏁 Ruby 1 and Winnie won out of the children but then Matt wanted to challenge with Albert 🤣 he did knock 14 seconds off Rubys time BUT we decided it wasn’t fair because his legs were long enough to make Albert go fast enough to canter!! Definitely an unfair advantage and even more unfair he won’t let me put the action shots of him on here 😤
All lessons today have been fabulous and as always ponies have been perfect 💕⭐️
There are spaces available for next weeks Saddle Club. PM to book on! Open to children aged 5+ no experience needed!

We’ve had a veeery busy day! Ruby says it’s been a day full of all her favourite things 💕 fully booked lessons, Vinnie is now officially fixed and in the field, Fifi is back in work ridden wonderfully by Ruby AND the goats went for a hand graze!! 🐐🌾
We have a couple of saddle club spaces tomorrow if anyone would like to join!

Who knew Albert could go faster than Winnie? He wasn’t even powered by lemon muffins 🍋🤣 He may have slightly sabotaged reigning champions Kitty and Winnie though 😬🤣 I the next competition might be dangerous 😳🤣

We’ve had a fabulous Pony Fun Day for Leo’s Birthday Party! We managed to dodge the storm and most importantly Leo had a specially made Birthday cake 🎂 which he thoroughly enjoyed!
I can’t believe he actually kept the hat on all day including for the group rides 🤣 Proud to be working at 28 🤣
