Hanley parkrun is a weekly free timed 5k run at in the Hanley Park, located in Stoke-on-Trent. The run is three laps of the Victorian park and held at 9:00 am each Saturday morning, suitable for runners of all ages and abilities. parkrun is a run and not a race and therefore is a really fun way to get involved in running.
