Important Announcement

We hope you are all well.

It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of the North Staffordshire Ju-Jitsu Club – Burslem branch. The final session at Burslem will take place on Thursday 16th April.

This has not been an easy decision for us. However, due to a combination of factors, including costs and location, it is no longer viable to continue running the Burslem branch.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our students, past and present, who have been part of our journey. Your support, dedication, and commitment have meant a great deal to us.

Please be assured that our Tunstall branch will continue to run every Tuesday from 19:00–20:00. We have a strong and growing group of students who are making excellent progress, and we welcome new members to join us.

As we wrap up the year and head into the Christmas break, we just want to say how proud we are of everyone at the club.

The progress this year has been fantastic. With several gradings across the year, it’s been great to see students stepping up, pushing themselves, and earning their next levels through consistent effort and commitment. Just as importantly, those who haven’t graded have shown real dedication and improvement week in, week out—developing their skills, fitness, and confidence through consistent training. Beyond grades, the overall improvement in technique, discipline, and attitude has really stood out.

We reopen in the week commencing 5th January 2026, and we're looking forward to seeing everyone back on the mats, refreshed and ready to go.
