Staff Development Week - Day 2

Day 2 has once again brought Foundation staff together to educate all on the themes Protect and Project the Foundation! 📈

The action packed day started with processes and marketing, and a real insight into our Board of Trustees with Josie. This was followed up in the afternoon with defining “The Stoke Way”, a First Aid refresher and a football development masterclass! 🔴⚪️

We are half way through the week but there is plenty more to come! 👀

Staff Development Week - Day 1

Today has been the start of our second Staff Development Week, dedicating time for our staff to get together, share and learn! ❤️🤍

Today’s theme was all about celebrating being together, taking a moment to reflect and demonstrate impact! 👏

From powerful journeys to emotional stories, there were smiles, laughter and tears all showcasing how far we have come in 12 months! 📈
