The gym comprises 6 large platforms with quality barbels and plates , an area for other styles of fitness/training.

This is the side of weightlifting I love. How do you show up to a heavy barbell, can you face the little demons in your head that are telling you, “don’t be silly now, this could hurt” 🧠💭
To experience this in-front of my family & friends was incredible! This is my why, this is what I work for.
