After 16 years of working with human movement, biomechanics and physical function, one area has increasingly evolved into my main professional passion - supporting persistent low back pain and lumbopelvic movement-related dysfunction.
I’m therefore proud to announce that TAGFIT is now specialising in this area.
Over the years, I’ve seen significant individual outcomes, helping people return to exercise, rebuild physical confidence and regain their health and fitness. For some, improving movement and strength has formed part of a wider conservative approach prior to surgery, while others have been supported following surgical intervention.
At the heart of this work is one objective:
Helping people regain function, quality of life and physical wellbeing.
The TAGFIT Movement Restoration Clinic combines applied biomechanics, advanced neuromuscular technology, 16 years of personal movement instruction, GP Exercise Referral qualifications and Chartered Personal Trainer recognition.
Rather than focusing solely on where it hurts, I assess the wider lumbopelvic system and how the spine, pelvis, hips, feet, ribcage, breathing mechanics and nervous system may influence movement and loading.
From there, we develop an individualised strategy to restore movement options, improve function and progressively rebuild strength and confidence.
To celebrate this new direction, I’m opening just 3 spots for a complimentary chat with me personally.
It’s an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand what you’ve been experiencing and establish whether the TAGFIT approach could be appropriate for you.
DM me “BACK” to request one of the 3 spots.
