Manchester Canoe Club

Our aim is to enable people from all backgrounds and ages to enjoy paddling safely Manchester Canoe Club was founded in 1933.

Since then we have been involved in the development of paddlesport, particularly in the competitive disciplines of White Water Racing and Canoe Slalom. Our recreational paddling is constantly developing. We keep busy with white water trips, sea kayaking voyages and canoe tours most weekends so there is always something on. Come and pay us a visit and say 'Hello' at our beautifully located club house on the banks of the River Goyt, just outside Marple. We hope to see you on the water soon!
