My Gym 30 gang never disappoint! 🥰 And the progress that they have all made is admirable! Whether that being able to press more weight, turning the rowing machine resistance up a notch, staying on their toes for that bit longer in the plank position or managing to sink deeper into a lunge, they bring it every week! 👍🏻💯 Thank you for making my job enjoyable 🙏🏻
