Thoughts please????……..so from someone that has a dodgy bowel……… this is a complete no no for me. 💩😳The fact that others then had to clean up her sh*te and the equipment after her, the smell, and the fact that other competitors paths would have been affected ( possibly the reason she won)……….now you know me, I am a huge advocate of pushing through , but this is a whole new level………and I think a selfish one too 🤷‍♀️💩

Charlotte and I celebrated our 200th anniversary yesterday! 🥳( she likes to keep count 🥰🤣 ) We saw Covid through together, a copious amount of zoom calls, a big birthday and lots of tears and laughter ❤️The strength that she has gained is a testament to her ……….squatting 40kg, shoulder pressing 10kg dumbbells, press ups on her toes and absolutely banging Bulgarian split lunges! 💪🏻Charlotte you are incredible 🥰 I’ve lived every single session and you are an absolutely pleasure to train 🙏🏻

My Gym 30 gang never disappoint! 🥰 And the progress that they have all made is admirable! Whether that being able to press more weight, turning the rowing machine resistance up a notch, staying on their toes for that bit longer in the plank position or managing to sink deeper into a lunge, they bring it every week! 👍🏻💯 Thank you for making my job enjoyable 🙏🏻

As much as I’d love to see you this afternoon, I think you’re best off in a paddling pool today 🥵💦 BUT I’m definitely running the 9.30am session , so come and get your workout done and brew early! Me and Theo would love to see you.
Also feel free to bring a fan and we’ll get them all plugged in! 👍🏻
