I’ve never been the girl who waited for permission.

When I set my mind on something, I make it happen. Owning a dance studio wasn’t just a dream—it was always the plan. I knew I was going to build something different. A place where women could walk through the doors exactly as they are, leave their doubts behind, and discover just how powerful they really are.

So here we are.

A pole and aerial studio that’s about so much more than tricks and spins. It’s about confidence. Strength. Laughter. Healing. Friendships. Finding your tribe. Finding yourself.

Watching women arrive feeling nervous, convinced they “can’t do it,” then seeing them leave standing taller, believing in themselves, cheering each other on… that’s the real magic.

I’m so proud of the space we’ve created at Blush. A community where women lift each other up instead of competing. Where everyone belongs. Where being unapologetically yourself is celebrated.

This birthday, I’m not just celebrating getting older. I’m celebrating every risk I took, every challenge I overcame, every lesson I learned, and every incredible woman who’s walked through our doors and become part of this family.

The girl who dreamed this life would be so proud of the woman living it.

Here’s to another year of being bold, backing myself, breaking stereotypes, empowering women, and proving that when you believe in yourself enough… incredible things happen.
