For many years, Shane has shared his story to inspire and guide the next generation, showing that you don’t always need all the answers straight away, you just need to keep moving forward.

TEAM SWEATSQUAD 🦆💯

A massive well done to Claire, Clare, Laura and Kate who took their training beyond our gym walls yesterday and competed at Trafford Fit as a team of four across five different workouts.

Like most people taking on something new, there were plenty of nerves and doubts building up to the event. Questions of whether they were ready, whether they could do it, and what the day would bring. But that's exactly why challenges like this are so important.

The ladies turned up, backed themselves, trusted their training, and gave everything they had throughout the day. By the end, those nerves had been replaced with excitement, pride, and a huge sense of accomplishment.

This is one of the things we love about our community. Training isn't just about getting fitter and stronger. It's about creating experiences, making memories, challenging yourself, and sharing those moments with great people.

Another experience. Another victory. Another chapter added to the friendships and bonds that make Sweatsquad what it is.

The result is great, but the real win is having the courage to put yourself out there, take on the challenge, and come out the other side stronger and more confident than before.

Well done ladies. You represented Sweatsquad brilliantly and all of us are incredibly proud of what you've achieved🦆💪

✨Sweaty Member of the Month: Etta! ✨

Etta has been coming to our family-friendly sessions right from the very beginning, and what a journey it’s been to watch!

From a shy girl who used to avoid certain moves she didn’t like (we’ve all been there 😂), she has grown into a confident, strong little warrior who is always ready to take on any challenge in the workout. Week in, week out, Etta gives it her all and never backs down.

We’ve loved watching your strength, confidence, and determination grow, Etta. You should be so proud of yourself!

Today’s social walk up Kinder Scout was a great reminder of what our community is all about.

Yes, we love training hard and pushing ourselves, but the real magic happens in the relationships we build along the way. Days like today give us the chance to get out together, have a laugh, share stories, support each other, and strengthen the connections that make our gym community special.

Community has always been at the heart of what we do. Bringing people together, creating friendships, and making memories outside of the gym is just as important as the workouts themselves.
