Yes Jodi losing 50cm in total now since end of April this year.

The hardest thing isn’t the workout.
It isn’t the session.
It isn’t the exercises.
It isn’t even getting up early.
The hardest thing is normally the fear of actually walking through the door.
Because most people don’t start on the day they first think about it.
They think about it.
Then they talk themselves out of it.
Then they say…
“I’ll start this week.”
And now it’s Friday.
So what happened?
That fear kicked in.
The fear of walking in.
The fear of being watched.
The fear of being the biggest.
The fear of not knowing what to do.
And then we justify it.
Life got busy.
Work got in the way.
You felt tired.
You said you’d sort it later.
And I get it.
Because starting something new can feel uncomfortable.
But starting doesn’t mean everything has to be perfect today.
It could be sending the message.
Booking the first session.
Asking the question.
Or just admitting you actually want help.
You don’t need the perfect day.
You don’t need to feel ready.
You don’t need to be confident.
You just need to make the first move.

But here’s the thing…
You can still start this week.
You don’t have to do the usual
“I’ll wait till Monday.”
Because if you do that, there’s a good chance Monday turns into next Monday.
Then the Monday after.
And then Suddenly it’s 2027.
Then suddenly you’re still in the same place.
That’s where the cycle keeps repeating.
Thinking about it.
Talking about it.
Waiting for the perfect day.
Doing nothing.
You don’t need the perfect day.
You just need to start.
