We are delighted to be re-introducing Junior Club Nights. These sessions will be focused on player development as we look to run junior teams for the 2027 season. These sessions are coach led and are free to junior members aged 8-14. Please DM Libby if your child is interested. 🎾

The season is drawing to a close now…
Men’s 2 won their last game v Hale 5
Men’s 4 had a narrow loss v Hale in the SWM league. (They had to concede a few sets due to injury)
Ladies 1 won their last match v Davenport 2.
Ladies 2 won their last match v Bowden Bowling 3.

Another busy tennis week… alongside our club tournament finals we had some of the last few league matches for our teams.
Men’s 2s won their match against Davenport 5.
Men’s 3 had a huge win against Urmston 3 which will see them promoted to division 10. Well done on a fantastic season!
Ladies 2 drew against Urmston 1 and had a win against Poynton 3 which sees them heading for a top three/four finish with 1 game left to play.

The last Mellor Final took place this afternoon and congratulations go to Pat Cunningham who rounded off the championships with victory in the men's singles over his doubles partner Stuart Evans! Well done to all the finalists🏆
