Looking to get your Year 1 little ones active and making new friends this season? Manchester Rugby Club is recruiting for our Allstars Rugby team! 🏉✨
​Our U6 Non-Contact Tag Rugby program is all about building confidence, having fun, and learning basic skills in a friendly environment.

​Who: Boys & Girls in School Year 1
​When: Every Sunday at 10:30 AM
​Cost: £50 for the entire season

A great visit to the club from RFU CEO Bill Sweeney.

It was fantastic to show Bill around our facilities and have a chat about the ups and downs of running an amateur rugby club, with representatives from across our committee, senior men’s and women’s teams, and minis & juniors.

We’re proud of what we’ve built together and look forward to welcoming Bill back for the next visit! 🏉

Meet Ex Manchester M&J, sale and Ireland u20’s player Ciaran Booth, son of our very own retail queen Annie Marie.

On Sat 8th of August, accompanied by his girlfriend Lucy, they will be leaving Manchester rugby club at 11am to cycle 18,000 miles around the planet, through 30+ countries, spending a year and half living in a tent.

Ciaran and Lucy are looking to fundraise £50,000 for Sport Parkinson’s and raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease in honour of Annie Marie, who you may know from her tireless work keeping the club shop running every week for the last 15 years

“Manchester rugby club holds such a special place in my heart and I simply would not be where I am today without it. It’s where I grew up, where my childhood dream was nurtured by the coaches and community there and it seems only right that I cycle off into the next chapter of my life for such an amazing cause from the gates of Grove Park.”

They will be documenting the entire thing across Youtube, blogs and social media and we would love for you all to follow along and check in on the journey!

More importantly they would be love for you to come down to Grove Park on the 8th August at 10am for a brew and to see them pedal off down the driveway!
