​We are excited to invite boys and girls aged 6–16 to join us for our upcoming pre-season training—completely free of charge!
​Whether your child is brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills, everyone is welcome.

We want to extend a massive thank you to all of our coaches who gave up half of their Sunday to invest in their own development and the future of our players. Your time and commitment do not go unnoticed!

James Bean on the crucial importance of our M&J section feeding into our senior teams.

Arron Grimshaw, our new club sports psychologist and Colts coach, bringing fresh mental skills to the table.

Julian from the RFU, who updated us on available courses and the new RFU learning app to support our coaches' journeys.

Dan Cotterill from , who wrapped things up with a fantastic, practical, hands-on coaching session on the pitch.

​We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest member of the M&J section... Manny the Lion!
​A huge shoutout and a massive thank you to one of our youngest stars, 4-year-old Alice, who came up with the perfect name for our fuzzy friend. Manny is already feeling right at home and can’t wait to cheer everyone on from the sidelines!
