Amazing session with giving our guys some Kickboxing training.

Very different style but so many transferable skills and experience.

Action Packed training yesterday at Taekwondo Academy Stockport!

We had Grand Master .johnson.108 in to deliver a session on World Taekwondo Poomsae. His detail and experience is so valuable to our students.

Then we had a guest coach .madushan.3386 to teach us some techniques from Kyokushin Karate. He is a great teacher gave us a great session with some sparring to finish!

Grateful to be part of such a Great Martial Arts community.
