A massive well done to Maryna, Gill and their partners for completing the .dozen last weekend.
They ended up having some awful weather conditions but still got the job done with a smile on their faces! Well done to Maryna and partner for finishing 3rd in their age group ππ½
Norwegian 4x4 for our capacity section this week.
Members working on this section have been challenged with increasing their RPE through the 4 sets:
Set 1 - RPE 8
Set 2 - RPE 8.5
Set 3 - RPE 9
Set 4 - RPE 9.5
Set 1 should be your lowest distance and set 4 should be your highest. Our members have tested their 2k Row at week one know what average splits times to work off.
If you want to improve your Hybrid performance then spending specific time on your ergs is vital ππ½
