Very impressed with everyone’s efforts last night. Hope your not all too sore this morning !! We worked hard !!! 💪💪💪
Fab session last Friday:
Only one of us could climb the rope 😱😳🥴
But we all had fun learning handstand full twist.
Friday was all about learning how to do a front somersault. Some of us had never done one before, others hadn’t done one in over 30 years. Was fun either way ! Well done guys for giving it ago.
