Stevie is now progressing through 121 personal training sessions with me, training up to 4 times per week over the last few months. He’s fully committed to the process, throwing himself into every session and putting in the work alongside his online coach _coaching.

Hard Work = Results 💪
A lot of people think the gym is where the transformation happens.
The truth? The gym is the fun part.
Your results are built by the things you do consistently every single day:
✅ Hitting your step target
✅ Getting your cardio done
✅ Making good food choices
✅ Prioritising sleep and recovery
✅ Staying active outside of training
✅ Showing up even when motivation is low

What a gaff 30 degree heat also - great session was had - now for a long jaunt back up the road 🏴
