More than just classes 🙌
I’ve always believed that to keep fitness enjoyable, you’ve got to mix things up, try new things and give yourself different challenges to work towards. Doing it together as a group makes it even better. Whether it’s classes, running, hiking, wild swimming, fitness testing or a new challenge, I genuinely feel like there’s something out there for everyone to enjoy and keep themselves active ☺️
Here’s what we’ve got coming up…
🥾 Dumyat Hike — Sunday 13th September, 9am
Meeting at Meadow Park and driving up together.
🏊 Wild Swim — Saturday 19th September, 10am
Either Loch Venachar or Loch Lubnaig we’ll decide on the day.
💪 Fitness & Strength Testing — Sunday 18th October, 10am
📍 Bridge of Allan Sports Club
We’ll cover upper-body, lower-body and core strength, cardio fitness, plus rowing/bike challenges. We’ll repeat testing every 6 weeks so you can see your progress and have something to work towards.
🏃 Elevate Hybrid Challenge — Sunday 7th November, 10am
📍 Memorial Park
A fun challenge combining running with different functional fitness stations. Everyone can work at their own pace, set a starting point and then we’ll repeat it further down the line to see how much you’ve improved 💪
🏃♀️ Elevate Run Club — Every Tuesday, 5:40pm
We alternate between Stirling University and Memorial Park. We start with a short walk and chat to warm up, then run a loop for around 30–45 minutes, meaning everyone can go at their own pace without anyone getting left behind 🙌
That’s what Elevate is all about keeping active, trying new things and doing it together ☺️💪
