2015 …. Makes me smile when I see this is where my Core group started along with a Friday class , Lindsay Robert’s, Mary Hennessy plus more !! …. Some of who still come today 🫶…. Buggy fitness isn’t new neither is family friendly fitness (parent and child classs ) it’s just that social media was not the be all and end all then , yes even in 2015 it was still getting going !!!
